Regulation 2

For the purposes of the definition of “sponsored depositary receipt” in section 239AA(1) of the Act, any American Depositary Receipt (called in these Regulations an ADR) issued pursuant to a sponsored ADR programme is prescribed as a sponsored depositary receipt.
