Clause 16

Paragraph (a) of section 48 of the principal Act is hereby deleted and the following substituted therefor: —“(a)examine on oath any director, manager or secretary of that dealer and any of the dealer’s servants and agents and any other auditor appointed under this Act in relation to those books, accounts, records and securities;”.
