Clause 11
(1)
A person shall not act as an investment adviser or hold himself out to be an investment adviser unless he is the holder of an investment adviser’s licence under this Part.
(2)
The provisions of subsection (1) do not apply to a stockbroker or the holder of a dealer’s licence.
