Clause 56
A deposit repaid pursuant to section 54 shall be paid forthwith by the depositor into his trust account and if the deposit is not so paid the depositor, or where the depositor is a member firm each of the partners in the firm or where the depositor is a member company each director of that company, shall be guilty of an offence under this Act.
