Power of stock exchange to make advances to fund

Clause 69
(1)
A stock exchange may from time to time from its general funds give or advance on such terms as the committee thinks fit any sums of money to its fidelity fund.
(2)
Any moneys advanced under subsection (1) may from time to time be repaid from the fidelity fund to the general funds of the stock exchange.
