Amendment of section 17

In the principal Act, in section 17 —

(a)

in subsection (1), replace “communicating with” wherever it appears with “connected to”;

(b)

in subsection (4), replace “not exceeding $40,000” with “of at least $20,000 and not more than $100,000”; and

(c)

in subsection (4), replace “$1,000” with “$2,000”.
