Amendment of section 47

In the principal Act, in section 47(4) —

(a)

in paragraph (a), replace “or 22” with “, 22 or 52(1)(b)”;

(b)

in paragraph (c), after “17”, insert “or 39(1)(c)”; and

(c)

in paragraph (d), replace “44 or 45” with “33(7B), 44, 45 or 50(3)”.
