Regulation 22
Subregulation 1
Each in‑person hearing is to be held at the time and place appointed by the Reviewing Tribunal.
Subregulation 2
The Secretary must cause adequate notice of each in‑person hearing to be given to every individual required under rule 8(4) by the Reviewing Tribunal to attend the hearing.
