Clause 10

The principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after section 24, the following section:“Recovery of subscriptions, moneys due and full costs24A. The Senate may recover any subscription or other moneys due and payable to the Academy and any interest thereon as a debt due to the Academy and the Academy shall be entitled to the payment of its full costs as between solicitor and client.”.
