Escape from custody
Subregulation 1
A serviceman who discovers the escape from custody of a person serving detention or who has any knowledge which may assist in the apprehension of such person shall immediately report to the commandant.
Subregulation 2
The commandant of a disciplinary barrack shall forthwith inform the military police of any escape from custody of a person serving detention in the disciplinary barrack.
Subregulation 3
The military police shall upon receiving any information of the escape from custody of a person serving detention, forthwith report the escape to the police and the Director of Manpower.
