Regulation 25

Medical observations

The commandant shall ensure that every person serving detention who is —

(a)

having a restricted diet;

(b)

subject to any form of physical restraint;

(c)

sick, or complaining of sickness; or

(d)

in close confinement,is under constant medical observation.
