Definitions
In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires —“court” means a subordinate military court;“investigation material” means the investigation material referred to in section 179 of the Act;“officer cadet” includes a midshipman;“president” means the president of a subordinate military court;“prosecutor” means any military prosecutor appointed under section 82(5) of the Act;“reviewing authority” means the reviewing authority referred to in section 116 of the Act.
