Regulation 42
Trial of charges in other charge-sheets before deliberation on sentence
Where there is any other charge-sheet against the accused before the court, the court shall not comply with regulations 43, 44 and 45 until it has complied with regulation 26(4) or 41 in respect of each charge in the other charge-sheet, unless that other charge-sheet is withdrawn under regulation 64.
