1. 4. A restitution order under section 91 of the Act shall be in the following form: “In accordance with section 91 of the Singapore Armed Forces Act, it is ordered that [description of property] be [delivered/paid] to [name of person to whom restitution is to be made].”.Cancellation of suspension order
5. An order of court cancelling a suspension order of a court under section 120(3) of the Act shall be in the following form: “It is ordered that the accused be committed to [imprisonment/special detention/detention] under the sentence passed on him by the [general court martial/field general court martial/disciplinary officer] held on [date] at [place], and that the sentence passed on the accused by this court shall run [concurrently/consecutively].”.
