Clause 5

Constitution of Authority

(1)

The Authority shall consist of a Chairman, a Deputy Chairman and such other members, not being less than 3 and not more than 10, as the Minister may from time to time determine.

(2)

The Third Schedule shall have effect with respect to the Authority.
