Clause 54
As from the transfer date, every person employed by the Corporation in connection with the Corporation’s undertaking immediately before that date shall be transferred to the service of a broadcasting successor company or the Authority as the Corporation may determine on terms no less favourable than those enjoyed by him immediately prior to his transfer.
