by deleting the word “and” at the end of subsection (1)(f); (b)by deleting the full‑stop at the end of paragraph (g) of subsection (1) and substituting the word “; and”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(h)jurisdiction under the Singapore Convention on Mediation Act 2020 to grant the applications provided for in that Act in respect of international settlement agreements.”; and

by deleting subsection (2) and substituting the following subsection:“(2) In this section —“international settlement agreement” has the meaning given by section 2(1) of the Singapore Convention on Mediation Act 2020;“mediated settlement agreement” and “mediation” have the meanings given by the Mediation Act 2017 (Act 1 of 2017).”.
