Regulation 3
Application for or renewal of certificate
Subregulation 1
Every application for the issue or renewal of a certificate must be —
made to the Agency in the form and manner required by an authorised officer; (b)accompanied by the information and documents required by the authorised officer; and
accompanied by any fee that is prescribed under the Interpretation (Singapore Food Agency — Fees) Order 2023 (G.N. No. S 900/2023) for the application.
Subregulation 2
In determining whether to issue or renew a certificate, an authorised officer may inspect the system, scheme or product in respect of which the application has been made and, if necessary, take any sample of any article, material, substance or thing for further examination.
