Clause 4
Amendment of section 4
Section 4 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting paragraph (b) of subsection (1) and substituting the following paragraph:“(b)not less than 6 and not more than 10 other members.”; and
(b)
by deleting subsections (2), (3) and (4) and substituting the following subsection:“(2) The First Schedule shall apply to the Institute, its members and proceedings.”.
