Clause 8
Section 19 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the word “Chairman” in the third line, the words “or the chief executive”;
(b)
by deleting paragraphs (a) and (b) and substituting the following paragraph:“(a)products or processes in respect of which a Mark or colourable imitation thereof is being used in contravention of this Act or any regulations made thereunder;”;
(c)
by deleting the word “articles” in paragraph (c) and substituting the word “products”; and
(d)
by re-lettering paragraphs (c), (d) and (e) as paragraphs (b), (c) and (d), respectively.
