procuring, administering and managing an electronic system to facilitate any process relating to or connected with any dealing in land or immovable property, including any process relating to the payment of conveyancing monies;

collecting data and information for the electronic system, and administering, managing and maintaining repositories of the data and information;

appointing any public body or private entity (including any financial institution), to provide services in connection with the electronic system mentioned in sub-paragraph (a);

promoting and facilitating the adoption of electronic processes relating to or connected with any dealing in land or immovable property.
