Constitution of body corporate
(1)
There shall be constituted in Singapore a body corporate under the name of “the Singapore Mariners’ Club” (hereinafter in this Act referred to as “the corporation”).

The corporation may sue or be sued in its said name and shall have perpetual succession and a common seal, and may from time to time make, change, alter and make anew the said seal as the corporation may deem fit.
