Regulation 11

Despite regulation 10, any investigation or disciplinary proceedings against a student commenced before 21 May 2026 and pending on that date may be continued and completed in accordance with the revoked Singapore Polytechnic (Students) (Conduct and Discipline) Regulations as if those Regulations had not been revoked.
