Regulation 11

Disqualification from holding office

An ordinary member of the Union shall not be eligible for election to the Council or the Executive Committee thereof if he —

(a)

has been found guilty of a disciplinary offence under any regulations made under the Act relating to the conduct and discipline of students; or

(b)

is repeating a semester or stage of study.
