Regulation 18

to formulate the policies of the Union consistent with these Regulations;

to organise the social, cultural, educational and sports activities of the Union;

to provide such facilities for the welfare of its members as it thinks fit;

to publish the Union’s activities in an annual report which shall also include the Union’s annual accounts; and

to publish such books, papers or articles as it thinks fit to promote the aims and objectives of the Union.
