Extraordinary meeting of Council
Subregulation 1
An extraordinary meeting shall be held when a matter requiring urgent attention arises or when a written request for such meeting signed by at least one-third of the members of the Council is received by the Honorary General Secretary.
Subregulation 2
The meeting shall be held within 5 days of the receipt of any such request.
Subregulation 3
Only those matters for which the meeting is convened shall be discussed at the meeting.
Subregulation 4
The Honorary General Secretary shall give at least 3 days’ notice of such meeting unless the urgency of the matter requires a shorter notice.
