President
Subregulation 1
The President of the Union —
(a)
may call meetings of the Executive Committee, Council or the Union;
(b)
shall countersign all bills, vouchers and invoices of the Union; and
(c)
may monitor the files of the Union.
Subregulation 2
The President, or in his absence the Vice-President, shall have a casting vote at a meeting of the Executive Committee at which he presides.
