Clause 16

Amendment of First Schedule

Paragraph 13 of the First Schedule to the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “3 members” in sub-paragraph (2) and substituting the words “a majority of the members of the Board”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “not less than 3 members” in sub-paragraph (6) and substituting the words “a majority of the members”.
