Amendment of section 42

Clause 8
Section 42 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “any employee,” the word “officer,”;
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “delegate or subdelegate of the Agency,”, the word “inspector,”;
(c)
by inserting, immediately after the words “this Act” in paragraphs (a) and (b), the words “or any other Act”; and
(d)
by renumbering the section as subsection (1) of that section, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following subsection:“(2) In this section, “inspector” means an inspector appointed under section 56B(2), section 14A(2) of the Skills Development Levy Act 1979 or section 29(1) of the Private Education Act 2009.”.
