Clause 6

Amendment of section 38

Section 38 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting subsections (1) and (2) and substituting the following subsections:“(1) Any order of —

(a)

the tribunal under section 22A(3) or 26(1);

(b)

the Registrar under section 17(9), 17A(3) or 18A(5),may, on the application of a person aggrieved by that order, be set aside by the tribunal and the tribunal may make such further order as it thinks just.(2) An application under subsection (1) shall be made within one month after the date on which the order was made or such further period as the tribunal may allow.”.
