Clause 38

The Societies Ordinance (Cap. 228) is hereby repealed.

Any notice or direction issued by the Registrar under the provisions of the Societies Ordinance hereby repealed before the date of the coming into operation of this Act shall be deemed to be validly issued under the provisions of this Act and action may be taken for failure to comply with such notice or direction, as if such notice or direction had been validly issued under this Act.
