Amendment of section 57

Section 57 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting paragraphs (b) and (c) of subsection (1); and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after subsection (2), the following subsection:“(3) In this section and section 58, “stamp” includes a stamp certificate.”.
