Amendment of section 11
Section 11 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “shall” in the 4th line and substituting the word “may”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “by endorsement under the hand of the Commissioner or in such other manner, if any, as the Minister may by rules prescribe” in the 6th, 7th and 8th lines and substituting the words “in such manner as the Minister may by rules prescribe”.
