Clause 1

Short title and commencement

This Act may be cited as the Stamp Duties (Amendment) Act 2008.(2) Section 3 shall be deemed to have come into operation on 15th February 2007.(3) Section 4 shall come into operation on 1st January 2009.(4) Section 5 shall come into operation on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.
