Amendment of section 30
of Stamp Duties (Amendment) Bill

Clause 8
Section 30 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “duly stamped” in subsection (2);
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the word “duty” in subsection (2), the words “, and the transfer, if executed on or after 19th February 2011, shall also be exempt from duty”; and
(c)
by deleting subsection (3).
