Clause 1
This Act may be cited as the Stamp Duties (Amendment) Act 2013 and shall, with the exception of section (2), come into operation on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.

Section 2 shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st April 2010.
