Clause 12
(1)
The Statistics Act (Cap. 299) is hereby repealed.
(2)
All information collected by the Department of Statistics before the coming into operation of this Act shall be subject to the same safeguards as respects disclosure as are provided by this Act as if such information was collected under this Act.
