Clause 12
(1)
Section 22 of the Trade Marks Act (Cap. 332, 1999 Ed.) is amended by deleting subsection (5).
(2)
Section 35 of the Trade Marks Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (5), the following subsection:“(6) Nothing in this section shall render an advocate and solicitor liable to an action under this section in respect of an act done by him in his professional capacity on behalf of a client.”.
