Clause 5

Section 22(1) of the Business Registration Act (Cap. 32, 2001 Ed.) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “undischarged bankrupt”, the words “(whether he was adjudicated bankrupt by a Singapore court or a foreign court having jurisdiction in bankruptcy)”.
