Clause 10

Section 43 of the Immigration Act (Cap. 133, 1997 Ed.) is amended by deleting subsection (4) and substituting the following subsection:“(4) The security under subsection (1) or (1A) shall be given in such manner and form as the Controller may determine and may be by bond, guarantee, cash deposit or any other method, or by 2 or more different methods.”.
