Clause 17
The Supreme Court of Judicature Act (Cap. 322, 1999 Ed.) is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “Sundays and public holidays” in sections 10B(1) and 72(1) and substituting in each case the words “Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “Sunday or public holiday” in sections 10B(2), 32(1) and 72(2) and substituting in each case the words “Saturday, Sunday or public holiday”.
