Amendment of Workplace Safety and Health Act
Section 26(2) of the Workplace Safety and Health Act (Cap. 354A, 2009 Ed.) is amended by deleting the words “Senior District Judge” in paragraph (a) and substituting the words “Chief District Judge”.
