Clause 29

Section 29A(8) of the Monetary Authority of Singapore Act (Cap. 186, 1999 Ed.) is amended by deleting the definitions of “certificate” and “certification authority” and substituting the following definitions:“ “certificate” has the same meaning as in the Third Schedule to the Electronic Transactions Act 2010 (Act 16 of 2010);“certification authority” has the same meaning as in the Third Schedule to the Electronic Transactions Act 2010;”.
