Clause 9

Amendment of Medical Registration Act

Section 12 of the Medical Registration Act (Cap. 174, 2004 Ed.) is amended by deleting subsection (2) and substituting the following subsection:“(2) The quorum at every meeting of the Medical Council shall be one-third of the total number of members in office or 7 members, whichever is the higher.”.
