Clause 9

Amendment of Road Traffic Act

The Road Traffic Act (Cap. 276, 2004 Ed.) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “, whether or not the requirements of section 82 have been satisfied as respects that offence” in section 66(3); and

(b)

by repealing section 82.
