Clause 24

The Ngee Ann Polytechnic Act (Cap. 207, 1985 Ed.) is amended by inserting, immediately after section 19, the following section:“Public servants19A. All members of the Council, and all officers, members of the academic and administrative staff and other employees of the Polytechnic, are deemed to be public servants for the purposes of the Penal Code (Cap. 224).”.
