Clause 44
The Temasek Polytechnic Act (Cap. 323A, 1991 Ed.) is amended by inserting, immediately after section 8, the following section:“Public servants8A. All members of the Board, and all officers, members of the academic staff and other employees of the Polytechnic, are deemed to be public servants for the purposes of the Penal Code (Cap. 224).”.
