Amendment of Boundaries and Survey Maps Act
Section 2(1) of the Boundaries and Survey Maps Act (Cap. 25, 2006 Ed.) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “subterranean space” in paragraph (d) of the definition of “land”, the words “whether or not”.
