Clause 2
(1)
In the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act 2004, in section 92(4)(b), replace “interrogatories” with “discovery of facts”.
(2)
In subsection (1), “Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act 2004” means —
(a)
the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act 2004; or
(b)
the Building (Strata Management) Act 2004, on or after the date of commencement of section 48(b) of the Building Control (Amendment) Act 2020.
