Powers of Authority
The Authority or any person authorised by the Authority may, at any reasonable time and for the purposes of and incidental to the maintenance of a road structure or road related facility, enter upon the land described as MK 14 Lot 01575C pt A and pt B (referred to in this Notification as the specified land) and exercise such rights as are described in the Schedule in, under or over the specified land.
